Easy Apple Cider Vinaigrette 

Apple Cider has many health benefits and one of the easiest way to include it into your diet is on salads. Here is an easy Apple Cider Vinaigrette recipe.

Easy Apple Cider Vinaigrette

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar with mother
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons of organic Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Mix oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth, usually about 30 seconds. Use immediately or store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
